Returns and Exchanges Policy

Items purchased from our online store may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original, unused condition, with their original packaging and boxes.

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, perfumes, accessories, bags, hair accessories, socks, belts, shoe cleaning products, and hats.

Footwear must be in its original condition and show no signs of wear. We recommend trying shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent damage.

Gifted items may be returned in accordance with our return conditions. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Log in to your account on the Podium online store.

Go to My Orders and select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange.

Select Request a Return/Exchange, choose the item, and specify the reason.

Upload at least 3 clear photos showing the item’s condition. Your return or exchange request cannot be processed without the required photos.

Submit your request directly through the website.

Once your request has been submitted, return shipping details and instructions will be displayed or sent to you.

Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected to confirm that they meet our return conditions.

Once your return has been approved, the value of the returned items will be refunded, less any applicable shipping charges.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to the same card used for the purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation depending on your order’s current status in the system. If your order has already been shipped, please refuse delivery. Your refund will be processed once the shipment has been returned to Podium, received, and inspected, less any applicable shipping charges.
