      .You can exchange or return products within 3 days from the delivery time-
      .Products must be in their original (their packaging) -
      .We cannot accept returns or exchange of some products for hygiene purposes such as underwear accessories, socks, belts and hats -
      .For shoes, they must be new and clean.  You can try on a carpet-
      .You can return gifted items buy money will be refunded to person who made the purchase-
      .For returns or exchange, follow these steps-
      You need to inform us what products do you need to return or exchange either-

      The client will receive an email from the shipping courier with a policy shipping number (shipping tracking number)-
      The client needs to contact the shipping courier company to coordinate for pickup-
      Please keep a copy of the shipping policy receipt to track your shipment-
      Once the product reaches our facility, we will check it within 7-14 days-
      We will refund after deducting shipping charges as soon as possible-
      Money will be returned/deposited the same method the client pays (e.g., credit card to credit card)-
      Please call customer service in case you cancel the order-
      If you cancel the order but the shipment has left the facility, do not accept the shipment and we will refund you after deducting shipping charges-
